We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment on the 7th floor for two months and had a wonderful experience. The owner is very kind and always ready to help. The location is excellent, and the apartment itself is bright, spotless, and cozy, with thoughtful details that make it feel like home rather than just a rental. It’s fully equipped with essentials like dishes and towels, and I especially appreciated having the washing machine conveniently placed on the balcony. Within walking distance, there are plenty of great restaurants and cafés, the beach is only about 15 minutes away, the riverfront around 10 minutes, and a fresh fruit and vegetable market nearby. We had only positive impressions and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit!”

Mr. Duc, the owner, is one of the nicest and most welcoming hosts I’ve ever met. He’s always happy to help, speaks excellent English, and makes communication super easy. His team is just as kind and professional, which really adds to the warm atmosphere here.What stood out for me was how thoughtful and helpful Mr. Duc was during the entire stay — from giving local tips to checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. I stayed at Betania Home for a month in a studio on the 3rd floor, and it was even better than expected. The apartment was spotless, with cleaning included twice a week, and had plenty of windows that filled the space with natural light. Despite all the sunshine, it never felt hot thanks to the trees outside providing shade.The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with no noise at night, yet the location is very central. It’s only about a 10–15 minute walk to the beach, and right across the street there’s a small supermarket. The area is full of local cafés and restaurants, so everything you need is close by.The apartment itself is well equipped — two air conditioners, a washing machine, fast and stable internet, and even a comfortable workspace, which was really convenient. The hosts are very responsive, friendly, and always available if you need anything.Overall, if Betania Home is available, I would definitely recommend booking it — you won’t regret it. I would have gladly stayed longer, but my visa had run out.”
